Sign the Pledge

The pledge is now closed.

Because interfaith work is often used to shut down discussions on justice for Palestinians, we pledge to stand against faithwashing initiatives. We pledge to do our best to ensure that all interfaith efforts we participate in support the leadership of people of color, Muslims, and non-Abrahamic faiths.

We commit to allowing participants to share their minds and hearts of issues that matter to them, including the global call for solidarity by Palestinian civil society to pursue boycott, divestment, and sanctions (BDS) against Israel until there is full justice and equality for all people in Israel/Palestine, including the refugee diaspora.

We pledge to stand with other faith communities that are pressured to not follow their own conscience for fear of losing interfaith partners. We promise to evaluate our interfaith programs with an eye towards these goals and to seek partners who share a commitment to these ideals.
